This week’s wedding was a truly beautiful affair. Alice and James were married in their local church and the reception held in the magnificent garden of the family home. Alice and James were a joy to work with …. a beautiful bride, with an irrepressible joie de vivre. The whole day was relaxed, joyful, fun and the perfect early Spring weather set the scene for a visually stunning wedding.
Alice would have looked great in any dress, and indeed she looked stunning in BOTH her chosen dresses for the day. First up, was the most romantic fairytale dress for the church, designed by Suzanne Neville. It fitted her like a glove and photographed fantastically with its swirls of gossamer light chiffon . It was a hard act to follow but Alice made a second entrance at the evening party in a stunning, sexy column of white crepe and she and James took to the dance floor for their First Dance to band, White Keys.
There are so many details to share from Alice and James’s wedding day. As well as the amazing dresses, the shoes (two pairs of course), I loved the glorious, abundant flowers both at the church, in the marquee and in Alice’s mother’s garden. Great boughs of pale pink flowering cherries had been brought inside, giving the prettiest pastel theme to a perfect country wedding.
Alice was keen to spend the last few moments with her family and bridesmaids out in the garden before setting off to the church.
How cute are these four little beauties!
The church was beautifully decorated with early Spring flowers, including whole branches of pale pink cherry blossom.
I really love this picture of Alice arriving at the church in the car with her father.
Alice and her twin brother Ollie who were also celebrating their birthday!
Natural and simply beautiful romantic couple shots as the sun went down….
Warmest congratulations to Alice and James.
